Product Warranty

All equipment manufactured by Comrex Corporation is warranted by Comrex against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase, as verified by the return of the Warranty Registration information, either electronically or via mail.

During the warranty period, we will repair or, at our option, replace at no charge a product that proves to be defective, provided you obtain return authorization from Comrex and return the product, shipping prepaid, to Comrex Corporation.

The warranty does not cover batteries or crystals and does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident or misuse or as the result of service or modification performed by anyone other than Comrex Corporation.

  1. Troubleshoot the Issue

    We would be happy to talk with you about your unit before you send it in. This might avoid charges - in many cases, the problem can be solved with some simple setting adjustments or hardware resets. You can also view our troubleshooting guides and FAQs for additional help.

  2. Fill-out Return Authorization Form

    Fill out the Return Authorization Form (PDF) and enclose it with your unit. No RMA or PO is required; our normal turn around time is 2 weeks. All free-of-charge upgrades and warranty repairs are returned via UPS Ground. Charged repairs are also shipped UPS Ground at your expense unless otherwise noted. If you prefer a faster way, we will add the expedited shipping charges to your bill or you may provide a shipping account number. Please be sure to indicate your preferred shipping method. NOTE: Please keep in mind that ASAP can be interpreted many different ways. If you need your equipment returned by a specific date, please be sure to specify that date on the line "Date Required Back". If you have no specific date, please leave this area blank.

  3. Ship Your Repair

    Please be sure to include the power supply and any appropriate accessories when sending a unit in for repair. For example: ACCESS Portable WiFi card and POTS card with the dongle cable. Don't forget to include the Return Authorization Form!

  4. Arrange Payment

    Terms are Cash-in-Advance (CIA), Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or AMEX) unless you have an established account with us. If you are going to use a credit card, please fill in the Credit Card Form (PDF) and enclose it with the unit. If you prefer, you can wait until the repair is done before providing us with the credit card form. If you would like to establish an open account, please fill out our Open Credit Application (PDF) and fax it to 978.784.1717. This process can take up to two weeks depending on the response from your references. If you are unsure about your account status, just give us a call at 978.784.1776.
