  1. Troubleshoot first

If you haven’t done so already, give our support team a call at (978)-784-1776 or 1-800-237-1776, or write to us at techies@comrex.com. We’d be happy to talk through your troubles with you (plus, it might save you some money on repair costs). Additionally, check out your product’s Support Page – our troubleshooting guides and FAQs might be helpful.

  1. Fill out a Return Authorization Form

If your product needs to come in for repair, fill out this form and include it when you send us your unit. No RMA or PO is required!

Our turn-around time is typically between 2-4 weeks. We usually ship UPS Ground – if you prefer an alternate shipping method, give us a call at (978) 784-1776 or 1-800-237-1776 and we’ll see how we can help.

  1. Ship your repair

Be sure to include your power supply and any relevant accessories when you do! Don’t forget your Return Authorization Form!

  1. Arrange payment

Payment may be made by sending a check in advance of shipment or with a credit card. If you’re going to use a credit card, please fill out our Credit Card Form and send it along with your unit.

If you’d like to establish an account with us, please fill out our Open Credit Application.

I sent in my repair! Now what?

If you’d like, we’ll arrange a loaner* for you. Fill out our Loaner Request Form, and we’ll get the process started right away. 

*Loaners are only available for customers within the United States.

After the repair is completed and you have received your repaired equipment, please use the box and packing materials that the repaired unit shipped in to return the loaner unit to Comrex. Please see the Loaner Request Form for important details.
